Usually the screen on your Xbox 360 freezes when you are: - Using The Dashboard Or The Guide- Waiting for your console to start- Or when you want to play a game Unfortunately there's no warning, no flashing lights and no real inkling of a problem. Disconnect everything, switch off your unit and then power back up with no accessories connected. 4) Are you having difficulties playing online games. If so, play a few games offline and if it goes well, you need to check your internet connection. 5) Is it that specific disc causing the hitch?
